Our sole owner is Ellen B. Metzger, who has proudly served both private sector and public clientele since entering the environmental consulting industry in 1983. Ms. Metzger is supported by a talented and ever-expanding staff of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professionals that boast both experience and diversity. Bidwell Environmental is a certified Women Owned Business (WBE), and the multiple skill sets that we bring to each project allow us to uniquely provide creative and timely EHS solutions while helping our clients meet local, state and federal contracting goals.

As necessary our staff can author and implement health and safety programs, sample for hazardous materials, develop remediation plans, negotiate change, and provide 24/7 inspection services.
